Data we process
Identity (name), contact details (phone, e-mail), appointment details (date, time, doctor, topic), security logs and — only with your explicit consent — the short health-related note you add to your request.
Health data is special-category personal data under Article 6 of the law and is processed solely to prepare your visit, by persons bound by confidentiality.
Purposes
Creating, confirming, changing and reminding appointments; contacting you; meeting legal obligations; ensuring information security.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract, legal obligations of the controller, legitimate interest and, for special-category data, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Data is shared, limited to the purpose, with SMS/e-mail providers, the hosting provider and competent authorities. Transfers abroad only take place under the conditions of Article 9.
Retention
Appointment records are kept for the period required by law; contact forms for up to 2 years, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to randevu@selvara-demo.com.tr.
